Returns Policy

We want you to love your Alona Swim pieces. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Bikini bottoms must have the protective hygiene seal fully intact and unremoved

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@alonaswim.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at contact@alonaswim.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

All returned items must meet our hygiene and condition standards to be eligible.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached and hygiene seals unremoved.
